The Craftsman on 3rd

We built this one from the ground up. 520 3rd Ave NE is a brand-new 2026 craftsman in the heart of downtown Puyallup, on a level, fully fenced lot with alley access. It starts with a covered front porch and opens into light-filled, open-concept living space.

The kitchen is built around a quartz island, with crisp white shaker cabinets, a mosaic backsplash, and stainless appliances. It flows straight into the living and dining areas, finished with recessed lighting and designer pendants.

The primary suite is on the main floor, with a spa-style bath: a freestanding soaking tub, a frameless glass shower, a double vanity, matte black fixtures, and a big walk-in closet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a full bath. Ductless mini-split heat and AC and a heat pump water heater keep it comfortable and efficient all year.

Out back there's a detached two-car garage off the alley, a patio, and a new wood privacy fence around the whole yard. Downtown shopping, dining, and the Puyallup Sounder station are all a few minutes away.
