The Schoolhouse on 12th

This one started life in 1906 as a schoolhouse. By the time we got the keys in December of 2025 it had been a lot of things, and it showed. Walls were opened up, wallpaper was coming down on its own, and the kitchen hadn't been touched in decades.

That's the kind of project we look for. Our crew took it down to the studs where it needed it and fixed what was wrong instead of covering it up.

New roof, updated electrical and plumbing, and a kitchen with quartz counters and a full run of new cabinets. Upstairs, the old attic is now a permitted primary bedroom, private and full of light under the original gable, with a stylish, modern bath: a walk-in tiled shower and clean, simple lines.
